Bulgaria in second to last position in EU in Transparency International’s corruption perception index

“Bulgaria has made progress as regards lack of civil unrest and overcoming political instability but it only pays lip service to anti-corruption efforts," comments Kalin Slavov, executive director of Transparency International Bulgaria.
