Stara Zagora marks 147 years since the battles in defence of the city

147 years have passed since the battles for the defence of Stara Zagora in 1877. As a sign of respect and appreciation for the heroism of those who died for freedom, on July 31, at 10:00 a.m., at the "Defenders of Stara Zagora" memorial complex, a solemn ritual with a prayer and the offering of wreaths and flowers in memory of the known and unknown defenders of the city will take place.
