Rain to gradually ease, but cooler temperatures to persist

Overnight, from west to east, the rain showers will stop and the clouds will break up and decrease.

Thursday will be sunny in western and central Bulgaria. Visibility will be temporarily reduced and in the morning hours there will be low clouds in the valleys, thicker in the northeastern areas, where light showers are possible. By midday the clouds will have dissipated for the rest of the day and sunny spells will set in. Winds will be light to moderate from the west-north-west, and from the south-east in the eastern areas.
