Radoslava Nedyalkova from Milan is "Bulgarian Woman of the Year-2023"

Radoslava Nedyalkova from Milan was chosen as "Bulgarian Woman of the Year-2023" among the 24 nominated compatriots from 19 countries. The distinction in the name of St. Zlata Maglenska was awarded today at a solemn ceremony at UNWE in Sofia.
Radoslava Nedyalkova is among the founders and chair of the Board of Directors of the Association for Bulgarian Culture in Milan and also among the founders of the first Bulgarian folk group there – "Nashentsi". She is also one of the founders of the Association of Bulgarian Folklore Clubs Abroad that nominated her for the prestigious award of the Executive Agency for Bulgarians Abroad.
For the first year, the audience also had the opportunity to choose their favorite among the nominees. The audience award went to Nevenka Kostadinova, born in the Serbia, because she contributed to the preservation of the Bulgarian community in Bosilegrad by offering work to 100 women from vulnerable groups, Radio Bulgaria reporter Gergana Mancheva informed. As a member of the National Council of the Bulgarian Minority, Nevenka Kostadinova contributed to the promotion of the martenitsa in primary schools, as part of the Bulgarian identity. She actively works with the Bulgarian community in Bosilegrad and was nominated for participation in the competition by the “Roden Krai” Association in Kyustendil.
