The Days of Croatian Archaeological Heritage, which will last until 8 November, begin today at the National Archaeological Institute with Museum at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (NAIM-BAS) in Sofia. The event is organised by the Croatian Embassy in Bulgaria, the Archaeological Museum in Zagreb and the NAIM-BAS.
The initiative includes lectures by leading Croatian museum specialists and archaeologists as part of an academic seminar and a poster exhibition "Croatian Archaeological Heritage" at the Archaeological Museum.
Tonight at 17.00, a lecture in English will be given by Dr Marko Dizdar from the Archaeological Museum of Zagreb. He will present the results of his research on the Early Iron Age in Croatia.
