"We Continue the Change" (PP) is starting a petition against the sale of over 4,400 state properties by the government, the party's press center reports, quoted by BTA. The petition is under the motto "Bulgaria is not for sale!". The party points out that before the parliamentary recess, the government passed the necessary amendments to allow the launch of quick online auctions for the sale of thousands of state properties throughout Bulgaria.
The PP announced that they are starting to publish some of the most scandalous sites. The first, according to them, is the Black Sea Cape Chervenka, located between Chernomorets and the Gradina camping site. The Ministry of Defense is selling a land plot of over 170 decares. Blogger Yulian Yurukov prepared a virtual map on which all properties announced for sale can be seen. Meanwhile, the government stated that the Program for Exercising Rights on Properties was a step for responsible management of state property with the aim of predictability and efficiency, and that they would propose it for approval to the National Assembly.
