Tourism Minister: There is no institution controlling extreme attractions in Bulgaria

"There is no control body and it is not clear who checks the sports attractions, as well as who is responsible for their use". This was what the Minister of Tourism Miroslav Borshosh told BNR’s correspondent Plamen Hristov today in Apriltsi.
The comment came after a tragic incident that happened yesterday in the resort town of Nessebar, in which an 8-year-old boy died after falling during parasailing in Nessebar. The child, together with his mother, was lifted into the air with a parachute, but due to a broken rope, he fell into the sea from a height of over 40 meters.
