GERB-SDS submit request for interpretation of provisions of the Constitution

MPs from GERB-SDS have submitted a request to the Constitutional Court for interpretation of provisions of the country's basic law, BTA reported. The MPs want clarity whether when the mandate of the members of the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) has expired, this body can continue to fully exercise its constitutional powers.
