Nearly 11,500 young people have started work since the beginning of the year under employment measures

With the support of the Employment Agency, since the beginning of the year 11,426 young people under 29 have started working on the primary labor market. In July alone, 1,397 young people were newly employed, of whom 672 were under 24 years of age, the Ministry of Labour announced.

According to data for July, there is a slight increase in the number of unemployed young people under 24 years of age, who are 6.7% of all unemployed. Among them, over 54% are those with secondary education.

Over two-thirds of the unemployed under 24 do not have qualification. At the same time, nearly 70% of them start work within 4 months, with appropriate support.
