Successful start of 2025 for Grigor Dimitrov as he reaches the quarterfinals in Brisbane

Grigor Dimitrov has given the start of the Bulgarian sports year 2025 with his round of 16 match at the ATP 250 tournament in Brisbane, where he is defending his title. The Bulgarian won 6:2, 7:6(5) against Australian tennis player Aleksandar Vukic.

For a place in the semifinals, Dimitrov will have to overcome the winner of the match between Australian Jordan Thompson and US player Alex Michelsen.
