The parties outline their priorities in the new parliamentary session

The new plenary session of the 51^st National Assembly began with declarations about the priorities of the political parties. For GERB-SDS, the main task is the formation of a regular government and a stable ruling majority, MP Toma Bikov said. He explained that GERB-SDS will be extremely cautious in the coming weeks regarding the adoption of legislation, because in a parliament without a parliamentary majority, legislative initiatives are used for electoral purposes.

The co-chairman of BSP-United Left, Atanas Zafirov, also stated that the country needs a regular government to work on important policies.
