Premier Zhelyazkov participates at an informal meeting of EU leaders in Brussels

On February 3, Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov will participate in an informal meeting of EU leaders focused on strengthening European defense. The informal meeting will take place at the Palais d’Egmont in Brussels. The discussions will cover enhancing the European Union's defense capabilities, countering hybrid and cyber threats and strengthening internal cooperation.

EU leaders will also discuss key issues with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte and British Prime Minister Keir Starmer. Their participation highlights the importance of transatlantic cooperation and the need for closer coordination between the EU and NATO.
