State Intelligence Agency reports high number of vacant positions and chronic underfunding

As in its previous report, the State Intelligence Agency emphasizes the need to optimize its operational presence in 2025 in countries where the agency currently has no or only limited intelligence presence. The ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine continues to generate significant risks for the Black Sea region, particularly related to maritime security and ecology, the report reads.
