Historic triumph: Bulgaria's girls team is the new world volleyball champion

Bulgaria is the new world volleyball champion for girls under 19, after in the final of the championship in Osijek (Croatia) they dethroned the previous champions from the USA with a 3:1 games (21:25, 25:16, 25:17, 29:27).
"For the first time in the history of the sport, Bulgaria's female team is No. 1 on the planet!", noted the Bulgarian Volleyball Federation.
This comes a year after our girls became European champions.
