''There is no greater threat to Bulgaria than Russian propaganda'', said Dr. Solomon Passy, President of the Atlantic Club of Bulgaria. Solomon Passy opened the conference “NATO After The Hague '25: The Bulgarian Dimension 2025–2035'', taking place in Sofia. The event is organized by the Atlantic Club of Bulgaria with the support of the Association of the Officers in the Reserve ''Atlantic'' (AORA).
According to Solomon Passy, in the context of the forest fires during the summer season, it would be appropriate for NATO to consider establishing a joint force or unit to fight disasters and accidents. In his words, Bulgaria should make greater use of its right of initiative.
