North Macedonia urged to abide by EU commitments

The minister reminded that the completion of Transport Corridor No. 8 through Albania, North Macedonia and Bulgaria is extremely important because it is "the main connection between the Black and Adriatic Seas for NATO."

For his part, Johann Wadephul stated Germany's support for "the European integration of the Western Balkans, Moldova and Ukraine - step by step, but within the framework of the accession criteria."
