Over the past 14 years, Mihaela Fileva has established herself as one of the most successful young singers and won the hearts of a broad audience.
She has now prepared a grand concert at Hall No 1 of the National Palace of Culture in Sofia on October 22, where her pop songs will be presented in a symphonic arrangement—a global trend that has recently been gaining popularity in Bulgaria as well.
The preparation for the concert took nearly a year, as it features a large symphony orchestra conducted by Maxim Eshkenazy, who is coming to Bulgaria from Los Angeles for this event. The special orchestral arrangements were created by renowned composers and arrangers—Rumen Boyadjiev, Borislav Boyadzhiev, Lyubomir Denev Jr., George Strezov, Alexander Kostov and Simeon Edward.
This is not Mihaela’s first experience with symphonic sound—she has previously shared a stage with Maxim Eshkenazy, and some of her songs already carry this sound. Among them is the music hit “I az sum tuk” from her album “Incognito”, released ten years ago. Mihaela Fileva wrote the music and the lyrics. The arrangement is by Rumen Boyadjiev Jr. and Miroslav Ivanov.
