More and more Bulgarians fear about the future security of their finances. This is shown by a survey by the sociological agency "Measure", conducted between October 5 and 13, 2025 among 801 adult Bulgarian citizens.
If in April 32.2% of Bulgarian citizens expected their family's financial situation to worsen in 2026, in July they were already 40.5%, and in October their number was 41.5%. Expectations of the type "will remain the same" noticeably decrease in the quarters: 38.5% in the spring, 32.8% in the summer and 29.8% now.
Slightly over 10% of respondents expect an improvement.
Expectations for price increases are also growing. If in April 76.4% expected a raise, now they are 82.1% of the respondents.
