Father Christmas awaits prettiest letter from Bulgarian children

For the 31^st time, the national postal service Bulgarian Posts is organizing a contest “The prettiest letter to Father Christmas”. Every year thousands of children send their heartfelt desires, words of gratitude and touching messages to Santa as they await to see their dreams come true on the one magical night of the year. 

Of course there are no restrictions as to what the children’s letters should look like – whether they should be hand written, printed or accompanied by handmade surprises, what matters is that they be sent by 12 December. To protect the personal data of the children the letter should only include two names of the participant.

The most original and prettiest letters will receive special gifts from Father Christmas himself. And after the contest is over the prize-winning letters will be handed over for permanent storage to the State Archives Agency, the organizers of the contest Bulgarian Posts say.
