It'll be cloudy and foggy, with rain expected in the evening

On Thursday, the lowest temperatures will be between 2 and 7°C, with higher readings along the Black Sea coast and around 3°C in Sofia. There will be fog in the lowlands and along the river valleys in the morning. Cloud cover will be significant during the day and in the evening it will start raining in the southwest. Foggy conditions will persist in plains and valleys. Maximum temperatures will range from 8 to 15°C, reaching around 8°C in Sofia.

Along the Black Sea coast, there will be scattered clouds and no precipitation. Maximum air temperatures will range from 13 to 16°C. Sea water temperatures will be around 14-15°C. The sea will be calm to slightly rough.

In the mountains, it will be mostly cloudy. Rain and snow above 1,800 m will come from the southwest in the evening. There will be a moderate wind blowing from the south-southeast. The maximum temperature at an altitude of 1,200 metres will be around 8°C, and at 2,000 metres, around 1°C.

Significant rainfall is expected in southwestern Bulgaria on Friday, and in the Rila-Rhodope region and northwestern areas on Saturday. Minimum temperatures will rise slightly, reaching 1-6°C on Friday and up to 10-12°C on the Black Sea coast. Daytime temperatures will remain between 11 and 16°C, but will begin to drop later in the day with a moderate north-easterly wind.
