Sun shines over higher lands, while the Black Sea coast remains cloudy

Throughout the night, scattered high clouds will cover the country. After midnight, low clouds or fog will form in the plains, lowlands and around water basins, remaining until after noon. Low clouds will also linger along the Black Sea coast, while the rest of the country will be mostly sunny. Minimum temperatures will range from -1°C to 4°C, with maximums from 10°C to 15°C. In Sofia, the temperature will reach around 12°C.

It will be sunny in the mountains. A light to moderate north wind will blow across the highest peaks of the Rila and Pirin mountains. The maximum temperature at an altitude of 1,200 metres will be around 10 °C, and around 5 °C at 2,000 metres.

Along the Black Sea coast, there will be low clouds or fog before noon, with improved visibility in the afternoon. Scattered clouds along the northern coast; maximum temperatures 10 to 12°C, sea water 11 to 14°C. The sea will be calm, around 1–2 on the Beaufort scale.
