Hundreds of Santas take to the streets of Sofia on a motorcycle ride

This Saturday, December 20, Sofia will once again be enveloped by the sound of motorcycles and the Christmas spirit. Sofia Riders are organizing the traditional Christmas Motorcycle Ride 2025, which for the tenth year will bring together hundreds of bikers dressed as Santa Claus.

The event starts at 11:00 a.m. at the Boyana Residence in front of the entrance to the National Museum of History in Sofia. An hour later, the bikers will take to the streets of the capital. The finale is on the pedestrian zone of Vitosha Blvd. near Patriarch Evtimiy Blvd., where there will be a festive program, a Christmas tree will be decorated and gifts will be distributed to children. About 300-400 bikers are expected to participate, Georgi Yanchev from Sofia Riders told BNR.
