Bulgarian statesmen congratulate citizens on the occasion of Christmas

President Rumen Radev and outgoing Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov congratulated Bulgarians on Christmas with posts on Facebook.

“May the great Christian holiday bring health, warmth and hope for a better future to every Bulgarian family and to every Bulgarian home,” the head of state wrote. He expressed hope that with faith in goodness and mutual support we can overcome every test of time and be stronger as a society.

“The holiday brings us together with the dearest people and opens our hearts to kindness and mutual support. In these days, we strengthen our faith in eternal values ​​– mercy, empathy and respect. May Christmas give strength and unity to all Bulgarians!”, the Prime Minister wrote.
