Outgoing PM expresses condolences for victims of explosion in Crans-Montana

“Deepest condolences to the families of those who lost their lives in the tragic incident in Switzerland. I wish the injured a swift and full recovery,” wrote outgoing Prime Minister Rossen Zhelyazkov on the social network X.

According to international media reports citing police statements, several dozen people may have died in the explosion, and around 100 others were seriously injured.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed to BTA that, at present, there are no reports of Bulgarian citizens among the casualties or injured.
