It will be sunny but frosty, precipitation will resume in the evening

On Friday, sunny weather will prevail. In the afternoon, cloudiness will begin to increase again and in the evening in places in Western Bulgaria there will be snowfall. It will remain cold with the lowest temperatures between minus 8° and minus 3°C; in Sofia - minus 8°C. The highest temperatures will be between 0-1°C in Northeastern Bulgaria to 7-8°C in places in the southern regions; in the capital - up to 2°C.

At the Black Sea coast, it will be mostly sunny. There will be moderate to strong northwesterly wind, which will weaken by the evening. The highest air temperatures will be between 4 and 8°C. Sea water temperature is 9-11°C.

In the mountains, there will be variable cloudiness, significant in the evening in the Balkan Mountain, Vitosha and Rila, where snowfall is expected in some places. The wind will be strong and stormy from the northwest. The maximum temperature at 1200 m above sea level will be about 1°C; at 2000 meters about minus 6°C.
