EUROSTAT: Over 76,000 Ukrainian Refugees in Bulgaria as of November 2025

On November 30, 2025, a total of 4.3 million non-EU citizens
who fled Ukraine had temporary protection status in the EU, according to
Eurostat data. The number of Ukrainian refugees in Bulgaria remains relatively
stable, with 76,675 people under temporary protection as of November 2025. The
EU countries hosting the highest number of beneficiaries of temporary
protection were Germany – 1,241,000 people (28.7% of the EU total),
Poland, and Czechia.
