On Saturday, the lowest temperatures will range from -3°C to 2°C, for Sofia 0°C. Over the next 24 hours, in many places in the plains and lowlands, it will remain foggy and cloudy. Temporary improvement in visibility will occur in the hours after noon. Light rain is expected in isolated places. Maximum temperatures will be from 1°C to 6°C, along the Black Sea coast up to 9°C, in the capital city around 4°C.
It will be cloudy along the Black Sea coast. More significant precipitation is expected along the southern coast. There will be a moderate to strong southerly wind. Daytime highs will range between 7–8°C. The seawater temperature will be from 5°C in the north to 9°C in the south. Sea state around 2 on the Beaufort scale.
It will be mostly sunny in the mountains. Cloudiness will increase in the afternoon hours. There will be a light to moderate westerly and southwesterly wind. Maximum temperature at an altitude of 1,200 meters will be around 7°C, at 2,000 meters around 0°C.
On Sunday, there will be a light southerly wind. Fog and low clouds are expected in many plains and valleys. Temporary improvement in visibility and cloud break-up will occur around noon. Warming will continue, with minimum temperatures in most of the country between -3°C and 2°C, and maximum temperatures between 6°C and 11°C, reaching 13–14°C in the southwest. It will be colder in the northwest, where temperatures will be close to 0°C. Light precipitation is possible only in isolated places in northwestern Bulgaria and in the Southern Rhodopes.
