Artist Gredi Assa presents ‘Over the Years’ in London

The Bulgarian Cultural Institute in London invites the public to the opening of Over the Years, an exhibition showcasing the work of acclaimed Bulgarian master of drawing and painting Professor Gredi Assa. The event takes place this evening at 7 p.m. local time.

Assa has held dozens of solo exhibitions in Bulgaria and internationally, including in Paris, Berlin, Vienna, New York, Seoul, London and Amsterdam, and has participated in numerous international biennials. He has received multiple awards for his contributions to art, most recently the Zahari Zograf Award in 2024, as well as state honours recognising his impact on Bulgarian culture.

During the exhibition, visitors will also have the opportunity to admire silk and cashmere scarves created by fashion designer Ina Assa, the artist's daughter.
