Bulgarian fruit and vegetable producers are presenting their products at Fruit Logistica, the world’s largest trade fair for fresh produce, which opens today in Berlin, according to the Dobrudzha Fruit Growers’ Union, whose members are among the exhibitors.
This year’s event puts the spotlight on the growing role of artificial intelligence in agriculture and the food industry, the Bulgarian news agency BTA reported.
Bulgarian farmers are exhibiting a curated selection of their output in Hall 6.2, stand B01. As in previous years, the display includes fresh and dried fruit, natural juices and processed foods made using a mix of traditional and innovative recipes, alongside modern production technologies.
The participation is supported by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food and the State Fund Agriculture, as part of broader efforts to secure a more sustainable presence for Bulgarian producers on international markets.
