Investigation starts into report of videos from gynecologist's office in Sofia

The Sofia District Prosecutor’s Office has initiated an investigation following information released in the media regarding videos distributed on adult websites filmed in a gynecological office in the Bulgarian capital, the prosecutor’s office announced.

So far, inspections and searches have been carried out at eight addresses in Sofia, including private gynecological offices. A video surveillance camera has been found installed at one of the locations.

Pre-trial proceedings have been initiated for the fact that in early February this year, pornographic material was distributed in the capital through information or communication technologies.

The Burgas District Prosecutor’s Office also initiated two pre-trial proceedings a few days ago for the creation of pornographic materials in cosmetic studios in the city and their distribution on the Internet without the knowledge of the clients.
