Scholars from four countries discuss cultural heritage digitalization in Sofia

The Institute of Balkan Studies with the Center of Thracology “Prof. Alexander Fol” at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, together with Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University and the Kharkiv State Academy of Culture, is organizing the Fourth International Scientific Conference titled “Problems of Preserving Cultural Heritage in the Digital Era.”

The forum will take place on February 19 and 20 in a hybrid format. The main focus is on digitalization as a key direction in the contemporary cultural process.

Thirty-seven scholars from four countries - Bulgaria, the United Kingdom, Ukraine, and Estonia - are expected to participate in the conference.
