Bulgaria to participate in a culinary forum in Mexico

On February 25, Bulgaria will present itself with its own stand at the international festival Sabores del Mundo (“Flavors of the World”) in Mexico City. This was announced on Facebook by the Embassy of Bulgaria in Mexico.

The festival, organized by the Municipality of Miguel Hidalgo - one of the 16 boroughs of the Mexican capital - will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the square in front of the municipal building at Parque Lira 94, Col. Observatorio.

Other participating countries include Bolivia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, El Salvador, and Côte d’Ivoire, which will present traditional cuisine and beverages. The event aims to promote cultural exchange between different countries and the local community through gastronomy.
