Traffic is normal at all border crossings

Traffic is heavy for outbound trucks at the Kapitan Andreevo checkpoint on the Bulgaria-Türkiye border, the Border Police reported. Traffic is normal at all other border crossings with Romania, Greece, North Macedonia and Serbia. At the border with Romania, traffic across the Danube Bridge near Ruse is being carried out in a single lane due to planned maintenance.

No road traffic fatalities were reported over the past 24 hours. 94 fires have been extinguished in the last 24 hours. Two people were injured, reported the Directorate General Fire Safety and Civil Protection.
