Traffic at all border crossings is normal

Traffic at Bulgarian border crossings with neighbouring countries is normal, the Border Police has reported. At the Danube Bridge near Ruse, crossing is being carried out in stages in one lane due to planned repairs. Traffic between the 88th and 90th kilometers of the Struma highway is in one lane due to partial repairs to the road, the Road Infrastructure Agency reported. The activities will be carried out in stages in both directions and passage in the active lane will be temporarily limited. Traffic will pass in the overtaking lane and will be assisted by traffic controllers.

Four people were injured in 11 serious accidents in the country over the past 24 hours. No deaths were reported, the Traffic Police said. Since the beginning of the month, there have been 265 serious road accidents, in which 18 people died and 330 have been injured. Since the beginning of the year, 77 people have lost their lives in accidents.
