Bulgarian graffiti artist KOTK opens exhibition in São Paulo

The exhibition “KOTK 3.3 - Layer 2” by Bulgarian graffiti artist Krasen Petkov (KOTK) opened on March 21 at the Alma da Rua gallery in São Paulo, Brazil. KOTK’s work is inspired by video games, animated films, and comics tied to pop culture.

The exhibition attracted members of the local and international community, street art artists, representatives of the Bulgarian diaspora, and audiences interested in contemporary art, according to Bulgaria’s diplomatic mission in Brazil.

The project is part of an international artistic exchange between Bulgaria and Brazil by the VISIONARY Foundation.

The exhibition is organized in partnership between the Embassy of Bulgaria in Brazil, Alma da Rua gallery, and the Cuas Arte art space, with financial support from the National Culture Fund under the “Mobility” 2025 program. Bulgarian Consul Nina Pencheva attended the opening.
