Two Bulgarian ministers discuss strategic communications at a forum in Türkiye

Caretaker Minister of Foreign Affairs Nadezhda Neynsky and Minister of Culture Nayden Todorov will participate in the international forum Stratcom Summit 2026, which will be held on March 27 and 28 in Istanbul. This was announced by the Directorate of Communications of the Presidency of Türkiye.

The event brings together politicians, diplomats, experts and media representatives from different countries. The theme of this year's edition is "Disruption in the İnternational System: Crises, Narratives and Search for Order”, with a focus on strategic communications, global crises and the role of diplomacy. Minister Todorov will be a speaker on the second day of the forum in a panel dedicated to the relationship between culture, public visibility and strategic communications.
