2014 to 2025, Bulgaria has nearly doubled its defence spending - from
1.31 percent of GDP to 2.14 percent, according to data from the
annual report of Secretary General of NATO, Mark Rutte, presented
today and quoted by BTA.
In
2025, Bulgaria's defence spending is expected to amount to 2.14% of
its GDP, the report indicates, BNR correspondent in Brussels
Angelina Piskova reported. In absolute terms, this means about 2.755
billion dollars.
