The prime ministers of Bulgaria and Ukraine, Andrey Gyurov and Yulia Svyrydenko, paid tribute to those killed in the Russia-Ukraine war during a ceremony in Kyiv, the Bulgarian government said. Gyurov is visiting the Ukrainian capital accompanied by a delegation of ministers, the Bulgarian government announced.
As part of the visit, he toured a residential building that was destroyed in a Russian drone strike on 31 July 2025. About 30 residents, including five children, were killed in the attack.
