"Divi Zheni" celebrate their 25th anniversary with impressive concert

Vocal ensemble "Divi Zheni" (Wild Women) celebrated 25 years on stage with an impressive festive concert in Boston. Among the guests were the acting head of the embassy in Washington, Stefka Yovcheva and the consul of Bulgaria in New York, Daniela Sirakova.

The anniversary performance brought together the Bulgarian community in the American city and turned the evening into a colourful journey through Bulgarian folklore - with characteristic voices, traditional songs and a strong stage presence. The ensemble, led by Tatiana Sarbinska, was created and developed outside of Bulgaria, preserving and popularizing folk music among the diaspora.
