National Assembly Speaker Nazaryan participates in Bucha Summit 2026

National Assembly Speaker Raya Nazaryan participated in Bucha Summit 2026 in Ukraine. The forum was organized by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

“This war must end with a comprehensive, just and lasting peace based on international law”, Raya Nazaryan said. “Bucha is a place for humble silence in memory of the victims”, Raya Nazaryan stated. “Today, the faces in the victims’ portraits oblige us to affirm our support for the need for strong international mechanisms to ensure accountability,” the Speaker of Bulgaria's National Assembly noted.
