40-metre Ferris wheel opens in central Sofia

A 40-metre Ferris wheel is opening in central Sofia, offering residents and visitors panoramic views of the city.

The attraction is part of the SunFest Sofia programme and is located in the Royal Garden, near the National Theatre. According to the organisers, it is the tallest mobile Ferris wheel currently operating in Bulgaria.

The installation is expected to run throughout the festival, providing an additional leisure option in the city centre.
