Saturday will be cloudy with rain; snow is expected in the mountains

After a temporary decrease in cloud cover, it will become cloudy again during the night. After midnight, rain will fall in the southwestern regions. Snow is expected in the mountains. In many areas, the wind will die down. The lowest temperatures will range between 0°C and 5°C, around 3°C in Sofia.

On Saturday, cloud cover will be significant over most of the country. Rain is expected in many places, and snow in the mountainous regions. In Eastern Bulgaria, the precipitation will be accompanied by thunderstorms. A moderate west-northwesterly wind will blow, while in the eastern regions it will be from the south-southeast. Maximum temperatures will range between 11°C and 16°C, around 12°C in Sofia.

It will be cloudy in the mountains. Above 1,500 meters, there will be snowfall. Rain is expected in the lower-lying areas. There will be a moderate to strong west-northwesterly wind. The maximum temperature at an altitude of 1,200 meters will be around 6°C, at 2,000 meters around minus 2°C.

Along the Black Sea coast, cloud cover will be significant. Rain showers will occur only in isolated places in the second half of the day. There will be a moderate to temporarily strong south-southeasterly wind. Daytime highs will be 9°C–11°C. The seawater temperature is 9°C–11°C. Sea state 1–2 on the Beaufort scale.
