BCCI: Germany, Romania top destinations for Bulgarian companies

Germany and Romania are the most preferred destinations for business travel and cooperation, a March 5-13 survey by the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) among its members showed.

Other countries in the top 15 were Turkey, Switzerland, Italy, the United Kingdom, Norway, China, Greece, Serbia, Egypt, South Africa, Sweden, Japan and Austria.

In terms of forms of economic cooperation with foreign partners, companies expressed the greatest interest in exporting goods (54.67%), as well as other models such as the exchange of best practices (41.33%) and innovation opportunities (35%).

Trade fairs are the preferred way of establishing business partnerships for 60% of respondents.
