Market Links Agency expects five parties to secure seats in the new parliament. According to its latest survey ahead of Sunday’s snap elections, Progressive Bulgaria, led by Rumen Radev, receives 30.8% support. In second place is GERB-SDS with 18% support among voters.
The survey was conducted between April 7 and 14, financed and carried out jointly with bTV. It included 1,003 respondents over the age of 18, using face-to-face interviews and online questionnaires.
The third political force is We Continue the Change - Democratic Bulgaria with 11.2% support, followed by Movement for Rights and Freedoms at 6.5%, and Vazrazhdane at 4.2%.
Velichie, Siyanie, MECH, and Bulgarian Socialist Party remain below, but close to, the 4% threshold required to enter parliament.
“We expect significantly higher voter turnout - 61% declared willingness, but realistically it will be around 54%,” said sociologist Dobromir Zhivkov in an interview with bTV. He added that half of undecided voters are leaning directly toward Progressive Bulgaria.
