The
Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned the latest massive attacks on
Ukrainian cities, including Odessa, Kyiv
and Dnipro, which resulted in casualties and injuries among the
civilian population. This is stated in a position of the Bulgarian
diplomacy published on the ministry's website.
We
express our sincere condolences to the families and relatives of the
victims and our sympathy for all those injured. Bulgaria shares the
pain of the Ukrainian people at this difficult moment, the Bulgarian
Foreign Ministry stated.
Attacks
on civilians and civilian infrastructure are unacceptable and
contradict the basic principles of international law, the position
also reads.
Bulgaria
calls for an immediate cessation of attacks on civilians and
emphasizes the need to hold accountable the perpetrators of crimes
against human life.
At
the moment, there is no information about injured Bulgarian citizens,
