Machine voting is available in 130 polling stations across 19 countries, while paper ballots will be used elsewhere.

Bulgarian citizens who have not submitted a prior application to vote abroad can still cast their vote at a polling station of their choice by submitting a declaration that they meet the voting requirements and have not voted elsewhere.

Diplomatic and consular missions remain in constant contact with local authorities and are ready to assist in case of difficulties, ensuring the voting rights of Bulgarian citizens.
