Aleksandar Vezenkov has been named Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the EuroLeague regular season for the second time in his career, the competition’s organisers announced.
The Bulgarian forward, who plays for Olympiacos, also won the award in 2023. On both occasions, he claimed the Alphonso Ford Trophy, given to the league’s top scorer.
Vezenkov played a key role in Olympiacos finishing top of the EuroLeague regular-season standings.
He is only the second player in the competition’s history to win the MVP award twice, alongside Anthony Parker.
