Yellow code for precipitation and hail in south-western and southern regions

On Wednesday, the lowest temperatures will be between 5 and 10°C. For Sofia, it is expected to be 7°C. During the day, the cloudiness will be significant and in many places from west to east there will be temporarily intense precipitation and thunderstorms. In Southwestern Bulgaria the amounts will be significant and there will be conditions for hail. There will be moderate to strong wind from the east-northeast. The highest temperature will reach 20°C. In the capital, it will be around 18°.

At the Black Sea coast before noon, there will be sunny hours, but in the afternoon the cloudiness will increase and by the end of the day it will be significant. In places along the northern part of the coast, there will be light rainfall. The wind will be moderate to strong from the east-northeast. The highest temperatures will reach 13 to 16°C. Sea water is about 11-12°C.

In the mountains, cloudiness will be significant and in many places there will be short, temporarily intense precipitation and thunderstorms. The phenomena will be more significant in the massifs of Southwestern Bulgaria and there will also be conditions for hail. The maximum temperature at 1200 m above sea level will be about 11°C, at 2000 m it will be about 5°C.
