Queues of trucks waiting to cross the border with Türkiye

Truck traffic at the border crossings "Kapitan Andreevo" and "Lesovo" towards Türkiye continues to be very intense, the Border Police reported. Traffic is normal at the border crossings with Greece, North Macedonia, Serbia and Romania. At the border crossing Ruse - Giurgiu, repair work is being carried out on the Bulgarian section of the bridge over the Danube and traffic is regulated in one lane.

On April 29, repairs will begin on 2.6 km of the Hemus motorway at the exit towards Sofia near Varna Airport. Traffic in the repaired lane will be stopped until July 15 and will be redirected in two directions in the lane for Varna, the Road Agency announced.
