Cloudy skies, with precipitation only in the mountains expected on Friday

On Friday, minimum temperatures will range between 2°C and 7°C. In Sofia, around 2°C is expected. During the day, there will be significant, broken cloud cover. In some areas, mainly in the mountainous regions and the western half of the country, light rain is expected, while at elevations above 1,500 meters - light snowfall. A light to moderate north-northeasterly wind will continue to blow. Maximum temperatures will range between 10°C and 15°C, reaching around 11°C in the capital.

Along the Black Sea coast, there will be broken clouds without precipitation. Maximum temperatures will be between 11°C and 12°C. Sea water temperatures will be in the same range, around 11–12°C. Sea conditions will be slight to moderate, with waves of 2-3 on the Beaufort scale.

In the mountains, it will be cloudy. In places across the western and central parts of the Stara Planina and the Rila-Rhodope region, there will be light precipitation - rain, and above 1,500 meters –- snow. A moderate, temporarily strong northeasterly wind will blow. Maximum temperatures at 1,200 meters altitude will be around 4°C, and at 2,000 meters around -2°C.

On Saturday, there will be more significant breaks and temporary decreases in the cloud cover. Light rain is still expected in isolated areas, mainly in the mountains. Minimum temperatures will drop by another 2-3 degrees, while daytime temperatures will slightly increase.
